Travel inland to the hills of Basilicata — where slow roasts, handmade pasta, garden vegetables, and simple farmhouse cooking define the table. Tonight’s menu celebrates the bold, comforting flavors of Lucanian tradition, meant to be shared the way Italian families have gathered for generations.

Antipasto Board

Peperoni Cruschi — crispy sweet dried peppers, a Basilicata signature — served alongside soppressata, capocollo, aged cheeses, marinated olives, roasted peppers, and rustic bread with garlic olive oil.

Warm Lentil–Tomato Salad

Herbed lentils and slow roasted tomatoes topped with fresh arugula, creamy burrata, extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic drizzle.

Lagane con Ceci

Hand cut rustic lagane pasta simmered with chickpeas, garlic, rosemary and tomato, finished with pecorino romano.

Arrosto della Casa – Family Style Platters

Garlic & rosemary roasted lamb, herb roasted chicken, Italian sausage and pan potatoes

served generously for sharing, just like a countryside Sunday dinner.

Dolce

Ricotta honey crostata with citrus zest, served with espresso and almond biscotti.
